How to order ?
1. How do I order online?
You can order every day until 06.00 pm, up to two days after we will delivery to you within 1 hours time table frame which you can choose.
First choose the product you wish to purchase and click the "Buy Now" button. You will be taken to your shopping cart page. Here you can either update the quantity of your order, delete and item, continue shopping or check-out (minimum Order1'000.- Baht). Clicking "continue shopping" allows you to add multiple items to your cart.
Once you have finished shopping, you need to click on "complete check out". Then you will be asked for your billing/shipping information. When it is filled out, click "continue checkout".
You will then see a summary of your order. You will be asked for the shipping method, and ship to arrival date and time. Then you will be asked for the shipping address of the person you want to send the purchasing goods to. Then you'll be asked to fill in the gift message that you want to be sent with the order. When you click "complete checkout" you will be e-mailed an order confirmation page.
2. Can I delete items from my shopping cart if I change my mind?
During shopping and at the beginning of the checkout process, you can delete any item you do not wish to purchase.
3. How will I know Grottino Swissbakery / Gourmet Shop has received my order?
After you have placed your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation receipt to acknowledge your order and finally our operator will call you back .
4. Why is my shopping cart still empty after I added an item?
It sounds like your browser isn't accepting or supporting the "cookie" used by thailandonlineshop.net to your shopping cart. New browser generations do provide cookie technologie, but make sure you haven't disabled cookies in your browsers preferences.
5. How can I pay for my order? We accept cash on delivery, or you can pay by credit card over the secure paypal system. If you have no paypal account no problem just follow the easy instruction!
6. How Grottino Swissbakery / Gourmet Shop know you got the purchasing goods in good condition? After you received the purchasing goods you have to confirm by sign the delivery/cash receipt.
7. Can a greeting or holiday card be added to the purchasing goods?
We can add a message on any order. When you reach our secure server check out page, you will find a "message" box on the shipping information page. Enter the message you would like to appear on the package.
8. Is VAT added to my order? Yes, 7% VAT is included in all prices.
